Living Well Rockdale is a collaborative working to promote positive change in the Rockdale Community & encourage an environment where:
– making the healthy choice is the easy choice
– physical activity is for everyone
– nourishing food is available for all

– UGA Extension – Rockdale County
– Rockdale County Health Department
– Rockdale Coalition for Children and Families
– Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce
– Piedmont Rockdale
– Rockdale County Parks & Rec.
 
This is an ever-expanding list as we hope to work with local businesses, restaurants, gyms, schools, non-profits, and government entities!
